What is the refund rule?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no finished video has been generated. Once a finished video is produced, the purchase is locked and non-refundable (EU/UK statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, with the digital-content exception). Unused wallet balance is refundable.
What is the billing rule?
Two separate bills: you pay LensWave the canvas subscription; generation is billed to the model provider at official prices via BYOK (your own key), zero markup. No credits, no forced top-ups, no hidden conversion.
What can the Free plan do?
Everything — all canvas features are unlocked on Free for 24 hours from sign-up (infinite canvas, storyboard assistant, 3D stage, all models via BYOK). Media export costs a one-time $0.9 fee and always carries the watermark (cannot be removed on Free/Trial); after 24h the project stays viewable in read-only mode.
What happens when a plan expires?
Nothing is cleared: project files stay viewable; only advanced features lock until you renew. Lifetime never expires.

How are canvas and generation fees related?
The canvas subscription unlocks the software (nodes, infinite canvas, 3D director stage). Video/image generation is billed at each model's official listed price (your own key or platform-paid) with zero platform markup.
How long is the free tier? Can I remove the watermark?
24 hours of full-feature access from sign-up. Free and trial exports always carry the watermark and it cannot be removed; watermark-free export is a paid-tier benefit.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. Nothing is charged automatically at expiry; renewal is manual.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, a full refund if you have not generated any videos.
