Terms of Service - LensWave

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LensWave you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. The service

LensWave is an AI-assisted canvas for generating and organizing video/image assets: prompts, storyboards, nodes, and connected generation workflows.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You may not create accounts to evade fraud controls; we may verify devices and referral activity.
• Multiple accounts are permitted, but accounts linked to the same device may be subject to fraud review (device binding is part of our anti-abuse system).

4. Your content & license

• You retain ownership of content you create (prompts, images, videos, storyboards).
• You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
• Ownership of AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction; where output is not eligible for copyright protection, we make no claim to it and you may use it freely within the service.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

• When you add third-party API keys, you are bound by that provider's terms; we are not liable for the provider's services.
• You must not share, resell or expose your keys to third parties.
• We use your key only for generation you initiate; you may request revocation by contacting privacy@lenswave-ai.com.

6. Payments, subscriptions, refunds

• Paid plans are sold by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy; Paddle as fallback). The MoR is the seller of record for payments, taxes, refunds and consumer withdrawal rights; LensWave provides the service. For refunds and withdrawal rights, see the MoR's policies at purchase.
• Prices are shown at purchase.
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days before a price change; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
• Chargebacks/abuse may result in account suspension.

7. Referral / affiliate program

• Referral rewards are governed by the program rules (e.g. 30% single-level commission, settlement 15 days, 7-day refund window before payout).
• This 7-day window refers to the referral clawback period after a refund, not the user refund policy in Section 6.
• Fraudulent referrals (same device, multiple accounts, fake KYC) void rewards and may suspend accounts.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not: misuse the service for spam, phishing, fraud, illegal content; attempt to access other users' data or the infrastructure; reverse-engineer or resell the service; interfere with anti-fraud systems.

9. AI output & disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for how you use generated content. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability: we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited accordingly; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime; data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

Paid subscriptions are governed by our Merchant of Record's terms of sale. For the free service and these Terms generally, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except that mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
