Analytics & Product Insights

• PostHog — product analytics (de-identified events; EU-hosted in Frankfurt, Germany). We send page views, button clicks, feature usage, error events and a hashed user ID. We do not send prompts, image URLs, API keys or payment details. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. posthog.com/privacy

Infrastructure & Security

• Cloudflare — CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, edge caching.

AI Model Providers (BYOK)

LensWave operates the editing workspace and account system. The underlying video models are operated by independent third parties (e.g., Runway, LTX, Google Veo, Luma). We do not operate those models and do not guarantee their availability, output quality, or compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. LensWave does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
