Three verified DMCA or content-policy violations lead to permanent account termination. We maintain a strike log and notify the affected user at each step.
Public gallery works are flagged AI-Generated. Exported videos carry C2PA/XMP metadata when available.
LensWave is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA) / 16 (GDPR age of consent). We do not knowingly process data from minors; see Teen Mode.
Unsafe output — self-harm instructions, exploitation, or unlawful content — is blocked at the prompt filter. If a harmful result slips through, report it and we will take it down within 24 hours.
