Virtual service terms & refund policy: This platform provides digital online creation tools and AI generation services, treated as virtual goods activated and delivered online immediately after payment. Except for "full refund within 14 days of purchase if no video has been generated", once a virtual service is activated or used (a render produced / generation quota consumed), no unconditional refund is supported; in case of system failure, abnormal model billing or other quality issues, you may file a ticket within 14 days with the bill, after which we will top up quota or refund via the original channel. Unused balance is refundable. See therefund policy.
